Our Tennessee Titans had an amazing season, and while they aren’t in the Super Bowl, it’s still one of the biggest sporting events to watch in Nashville. The question always is, where to watch? If you’re a super fan for the game or for the commercials, you probably watch at home with a few of your friends who share your same passion for this special event. If you’re a social fan who just loves being part of the big events, we’ve got a few tips for having a super time on Sunday with the best places to watch the Super Bowl!

Get Creative at Home: When you’ve got clever names for your food and drinks, it doesn’t even matter what you serve! You can do simple dishes instead of spending all day preparing for the big game. You can throw everything into a crockpot to make chili, but then take it up a notch by serving it Cincinnati style. Use cinnamon, chocolate or cocoa, allspice, and Worcestershire to then put on top of spaghetti with lots of cheddar cheese.

You can also make typical snacks more exciting by giving them fun names. The more puns, the better! For example, Blitz Brownies, Pigskins in a Blanket, Snack Sacks, It’s Gouda, etc. Dazzle them with the whole experience without a lot of effort.

Try to put as many foods as possible into the shape of a football, which you can do yourself or you can buy them that way. Like meat and cheese platters, cheeseball, bread bowl dip, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, cookies, cupcakes and more.

If you want to bring in some LA into your party, roll out the red carpet or give out an award for best dressed. Have signature cocktails with creative names so you can make your guests feel special! Of course, rBAR can deliver craft cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails and snacks right to your door.

Get Out of the House: Leave the planning to the hundreds of bars in Nashville that specialize in making sure you have a super time! If you want to hear the volume during the game, including the commercials and halftime, we suggest going to Acme Feed & Seed, Neighbors, Beyond the Edge, Double Dogs, Broadway Brewhouse, Nashville Underground, The Mainstay, ML Rose, Hopsmith, Crow’s Nest, Red Door Saloon and Jonathan’s.

If the game isn’t your main focus for your Sunday Funday in Music City, there are several Honky Tonks with TVs so you can enjoy the game, grab some food and have live music playing. Some of our favorite places to multi-task are Nudie’s, Honky Tonk Central, Luke’s 32 Bridge, Rippy’s, Ole Red and Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row.
