The gyms are packed. Lines to get into the parking lot, and even more lines for the machines once you get inside.

The healthy items at the grocery store are almost sold out, but there’s not problem finding the fatty processed food in your grocer’s freezer.

The wine aisle is looking pretty full. Even the beer cooler is stocked.

It must be January!

Aka Dryuary.

Or Dry January.

The start of the new year means people are trying new things and trying to create new habits. New Year’s Resolutions are top of mind. One of the best ways to change your lifestyle is to ease into the changes rather than go at them full speed. It’s hard to maintain at that speed. So if you are working to drink less in 2022, a great way to create a new habit when it comes to alcohol intake is Mocktails!

We know it’s hard to be at a party where everyone is drinking and not grab one for yourself. I mean, we deliver drinks. We get it! One of the best ways to have something in your hand that makes it fun is all of the ingredients of your favorite drink, minus the alcohol. Or if you don’t typically drink fruity drinks or frozen drinks, this is a great time to try them. If one of your New Year’s Resolutions is to also lose weight, club soda with a lime or with a splash of cranberry is refreshing! It also looks like a drink, so if you have those party friends who feel better when everyone is drinking, they never have to know.

Some of our favorite mocktails are Coco Loco (pictured), Grapefruit Fizzle, Orange Creamsicle and the Maui Wowie. They help you stay focused on the party conversation! Check out our menu here.

If you need help planning your party or just your drinks for the night, let us know. We can help make your New Year’s Resolutions fun so you can stick with them beyond January. We bring food and drinks for any size event, and even provide music for select rBAR customers. More info about that coming soon! Plus, follow us on social media and sign up for our email newsletter to get tips on making drinks, planning parties and more. Trust us. We’ve been to a lot of parties.
